David Vice, in 1998 after a 15-year career in technology, founded Asher College. Asher now has three campus locations in Dallas, Sacramento, and Las Vegas. In 2019 Asher purchased IntelliTec College adding four locations in Colorado and New Mexico. David has actively served on the CECU board for the past six years including two years as the Chair. David is a past President of the CAPPS Board where he served for over 10 years in various capacities. David is also a past ACCET Commissioner where he served for seven years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and has earned master and doctorate degrees from the School of Hard Knocks.
