Deepti Taneja serves on the executive team for Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU) as the Chief Administrative Officer.
She has been with CECU since January 2010, leading all aspects of CECU’s membership support activities. In her role, Deepti manages the operations of the association and the membership renewal process. In addition, she helps lead the association’s human resources and financial management operations. Deepti also manages all board communications, elections, committees, and meetings. She administers the association’s Political Action Committee (PAC) and oversees operations of the government relations team related to required Federal Election Commission and federal lobbying disclosure reports.
Prior to joining CECU, Deepti worked at the National Association of Federally Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU) for nearly 20 years. Her roles at NAFCU included working in various departments, from research and government affairs to membership services. Deepti also worked with the board of directors and several committees at NAFCU.
Deepti completed the Business Administration program at the Washington Business School. She is currently a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
