Jessica Brown is the Vice President of Meetings and Professional Development at Career Education Colleges and Universities. In this role, she leads the development and execution of educational programs, including live events such as the Leadership Institute, CEO Summit, Hill Day, Veteran Fly In and the Annual Convention. She also oversees virtual events including Webinars and the 2020 Virtual Convention. Jessica supports the association's Allied Members, the CECU website and various communication and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining CECU in 2018, she worked in a variety of roles at both public and private universities. She began as an Admissions Coordinator in undergraduate admissions recruiting throughout the northeast. She later transitioned to graduate admissions, working primarily with  part-time adult students in their efforts to continue their education. After completing her Master's degree, Jessica supported students in residence life by incorporating continual learning outside of the classroom. In her time as a Residential Area Manager she managed several first year buildings and resident assistant staffs, developed training programs and oversaw staff selection, among other duties.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from James Madison University, a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, is an Event Industry Council Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a certified Digital Event Strategist (DES).
